How do I get paid?

Juuh charges the guest up front and transfers your share to your bank account after the trip, once a 24-hour hold has passed. You need verified identity and bank details on file first.

You never collect money from a guest directly. The platform takes the payment, holds it, and pays you afterwards.

The sequence

  1. The guest pays when the booking is confirmed.
  2. The trip runs.
  3. A 24-hour hold follows the trip. It exists so that anything raised right at the end — damage, a late return, a fuel dispute — is settled before the money moves.
  4. Your share is transferred to the bank account on your profile.

How long the transfer itself takes is up to your bank, and is usually one to three working days.

What has to be in place

If either is missing the payout waits rather than failing — it is released once you finish the step.

Following the money

Earnings shows every booking, what was charged, the service fee and what you are due, and the state each payout is in.

A payout that seems late is almost always one of two things: incomplete verification, or bank details that do not match the verified name. Both show as a message on the Earnings screen.
