How long does it take to list my car?
About fifteen minutes to fill in the listing, and usually under a day for it to be reviewed. You need the registration document, insurance details and a handful of photos.
Creating the listing itself takes about fifteen minutes. The wait after that is the review, which is normally done within a working day.
What to have ready
- The vehicle registration document.
- Your current insurance certificate.
- The registration plate, mileage and transmission type.
- Six to ten photos: the four exterior corners, the front seats, the boot and the dashboard.
The steps
- Open Fleet → Add vehicle and enter the make, model and year.
- Upload the photos. Daylight, clean car, no number-plate blur — the plate is checked against the documents.
- Add the documents and the daily price.
- Submit for review.
While it is being reviewed
The listing stays in your fleet as *pending*. You can keep editing it. Once it is approved it becomes visible in search and can be booked immediately, so set your availability before you submit rather than after.
Most listings that come back for changes do so for one of two reasons: photographs taken at night, or a registration document that does not match the plate on the listing. Both are quick to fix.
