Payout details and tax records

Payouts go to one bank account in your own verified name. Earnings exports the statements you need for a tax return.

Two things decide whether a payout arrives: correct bank details, and a name on the account that matches your verified identity.

Your bank details

Add or change them under Profile → Payments. An IBAN in the Eurozone, in your own name, or the company's name if you host as a business. A change takes effect on the next payout; anything already in transit continues to the old account.

Why the name has to match

Payment rules require the person verified as the earner and the person paid to be the same. An account in a partner's or a company's name will bounce the transfer even though everything looks correct on screen.

Hosting as a business

If you host through a company, set the business details on the profile before your first payout. Switching afterwards means re-verifying, and payouts pause while that happens.

Tax records

Earnings lists every booking with gross, fee and net, and exports the period your accountant asks for. Rental income is taxable in most jurisdictions, and in the EU platforms report host earnings to tax authorities under DAC7 — so what you declare should match what the platform shows.

Juuh does not give tax advice and does not file on your behalf. If you are hosting more than one car, that is worth an accountant's hour.
