The service fee and your share

Juuh's standard service fee is 15% of the rental total, deducted before payout. The exact amounts for a specific booking are always shown before you accept it.

What the fee covers

• Payment processing and fraud checks.
• Identity and licence verification for every guest.
• The rental contract for each booking.
• Support during a trip, and the incident process if one is needed.

Where to see it

Every booking shows the rental total, the service fee and your net amount before you accept — and again on the Earnings screen afterwards. Those figures are the authoritative ones for that booking: the standard rate is 15%, but promotional and partner terms exist, and where they apply the booking shows what actually applied.

Extras

Charges added after the fact — a cleaning charge, a fuel shortfall, a late return — follow the same route as the rental itself: the guest is charged, and the amount reaches you on the next payout.

Tax

The fee is a business cost to you, and rental income is taxable in most places. Juuh does not file anything on your behalf; Earnings will export the figures your accountant needs.
