Updating your listing

Photos, description, price and documents can all be edited from Fleet at any time. Changes to the car's identity or its documents go back through review.

A listing is not fixed once it is approved. Most of it you can change yourself, whenever you like.

Edit it yourself

• Photos and their order.
• Description and features.
• Daily price, minimum and maximum trip length.
• Availability and pick-up location.

Open the vehicle in Fleet → Edit and save. New bookings pick the changes up immediately.

Goes back through review

• Registration plate.
• Make, model or year.
• Insurance certificate and registration document.

These are the fields the contract and the insurance rely on, so a change to any of them puts the listing back into review for a short time. Existing bookings continue as normal.

Renewing documents

An insurance certificate has an expiry date and the listing knows it. You will be reminded before it runs out; if it lapses, the car stops being bookable until a current certificate is uploaded.

Taking the car off

Unlist it from Fleet and it disappears from search without being deleted — your history, reviews and payouts stay intact, and you can list it again later. Bookings already accepted still have to be honoured.
