Why should I choose Juuh instead of traditional car rental?
Because the car is already yours. A rental company buys a fleet and carries the cost of it; on Juuh the car you already own earns while you are not using it, and you keep control of who drives it and when.
Traditional rental is a business you would have to build: a fleet to buy, a depot to run, staff to pay. Juuh is a way to earn from a car you already own and mostly leave parked.
The practical differences
- No fleet to finance. You start with one car, the one on your drive.
- You choose the terms. Availability, daily price and minimum trip length are yours to set, and you can change them at any time.
- You choose the guests. Every guest is identity-checked and licence-checked before they can book, and you can review a request before accepting it.
- No counter to staff. Handover is arranged directly between you and the guest.
What you take on
You are still the owner. Keeping the car roadworthy, insured and clean between trips is your side of the arrangement, and so is being reachable when a guest has a question mid-trip.
Who it suits
One car used at weekends, a second car that mostly sits, a small fleet run as a side business — all three work. What does not work well is a car you need unpredictably at short notice: accepted bookings are commitments, and cancelling them affects your standing on the platform.
