Juuh–Host Agreement
Version 2.0.0 · in force from 2026-09-06
1. Parties, purpose and duration
This agreement is made between Denys Romanov, sole trader, Spanish NIF/NIE Y9622163N, trading as Juuh, Calle Alqueria 1, 29680 Estepona, Málaga, Spain, legal@juuh.com ("Juuh"), and you, the Host, whose identity, tax or identity number, address, email and private or business status are those held in your Host profile and which you keep up to date. Your acceptance is recorded with the date, the time, the version of this document and the language it was shown in; you can download a copy from your account.
The Host contracts listing publication, intermediation, bookings, documentation, verification and collection and settlement management. This agreement starts on recorded acceptance and continues until terminated. It guarantees no booking volume, minimum earnings or exclusivity, and it does not stop the Host listing the same vehicle on other channels.
2. Host declarations and duties
The Host declares their actual business or private status and keeps it up to date. They evidence ownership or sufficient authority to rent each vehicle, including permission from finance, renting or leasing providers or from co-owners where required. They meet the tax, business, rental registration and safety duties that apply to them; Juuh retains its own.
They keep the vehicle legally roadworthy, with the required inspection, maintenance and documents, and with a valid policy that permits the rental, the driver and the territory. They report immediately any change or suspension of cover, any defect and any risk, and they remove availability when they cannot perform. Juuh's approval of a listing does not replace these duties or relieve Juuh of the checks it has itself promised.
The listing accurately describes the car, its condition, restrictions, price, included mileage, location and cancellation policy. The Host honours confirmed bookings and does not impose new essential conditions at handover. They do not discriminate unlawfully — the Non-Discrimination Policy applies — and do not demand unnecessary Renter data.
3. Commercial terms
| Item | Condition | |---|---| | Commission | 25 % by default. Your individual rate, if it differs, is shown in your account under Host → Earnings and on every settlement | | Calculation base | The rental price before tax. The deposit, taxes charged to the Renter and any amount that is not rental price fall outside the base. A discount or bonus funded by Juuh does not reduce the base: commission is calculated on the rental price, not on the reduced amount the Renter pays | | VAT on the commission | The commission is invoiced with whatever VAT applies under the rules in force and your tax status. The rate and amount appear on the service invoice Juuh issues to you. Your own tax obligations on the rental do not disappear because Juuh manages collection | | When it accrues | At the close of the booking, when the amount actually collected is determined | | Commission on amounts retained after cancellation | Where a cancellation leaves an amount retained in your favour, the same rate applies, calculated proportionally on that amount. If everything is refunded to the Renter, there is no commission | | Payment provider fees | Borne by Juuh. They are not deducted from your settlement | | Transfer of your balance | 24 hours after the booking ends, unless you have accepted a different individual profile. The transfer starts automatically once that period elapses; when the money reaches your bank depends on the payment provider and your bank and is not guaranteed within 24 hours | | Exceptional reserves | Only for a documented incident, a refund, a chargeback or a legal block, limited to the amount in dispute, with the reason communicated, a review, and release of the excess as soon as it is resolved | | Penalty for a Host-attributable cancellation | €0. If one were ever introduced, its amount and basis would be published and communicated to you with the notice period in section 6 before it applied |
The settlement shows the rental income actually collected, refunds, the commission, the tax on it, expressly agreed costs and justified reserves. There are no implied deductions and no retrospective changes. Juuh invoices its services; the Host documents their rental supply under their own duties. Juuh does not issue invoices on the Host's behalf: if that function is enabled it will require a specific additional agreement meeting invoicing law.
4. Limited collection and settlement mandate
The Host authorises Juuh to instruct the contracted payment provider to collect the price of bookings the Host accepts — or that are accepted under their express instant-acceptance rules — to provide receipts, to execute refunds that are due and to transfer the balance under this agreement. Valid payment by the Renter through the authorised channel discharges their debt for that amount; the Host cannot demand a second payment because internal settlement is delayed.
The mandate does not permit freely changing prices, taking loans, waiving claims, selling insurance, settling disputed claims or signing new material obligations in the Host's name. A settlement agreement requires specific authority. Juuh does not receive an equivalent mandate to represent the Renter in negotiating the same transaction.
The Host completes the payment provider onboarding and terms that apply to them, provides a legitimate account in their own name and reports changes. Obligations the provider imposes on Juuh do not automatically pass to the Host. A refund, chargeback or reserve is allocated according to its cause and the agreement, with information and an opportunity to object; none of them justifies freezing unrelated income indefinitely.
The mandate may be revoked in writing for future transactions. Juuh will coordinate closure and settlement of bookings already entered into, under authority that legally survives or specific instructions, without creating new bookings under a revoked mandate.
5. Documentation, registration and data
Juuh may generate the rental agreement from the authorised data and terms and keep evidence of each party's acceptance. It cannot attribute to the Host a signature that was not made or authorised.
Each party meets the RD 933/2021 duties that apply to it. If Juuh reports on the Host's behalf, the authority, scope, data, events, deadlines and receipts are documented; that does not transfer Juuh's own duties or turn a technical appointment into an exemption for the Host.
Renter data is used only to perform the booking, meet obligations and handle claims — not for the Host's own unauthorised campaigns and not to monitor journeys. The Host's access to telematics on their own vehicle is limited as set out in the telematics notice: during a rental, the last known position and the alerts they configured, never the history of the Renter's journey. Incidents follow the payment terms, with evidence of damage, an opportunity to challenge and a prohibition on double recovery.
Access to and portability of your data. During the relationship the Host accesses from their account their listings, calendar and prices, their bookings and agreements, their settlements and earnings and the reviews that concern them, and can export them. They do not access Renter data unrelated to their own bookings, or other Hosts' data. After termination, the Host keeps download access to their agreements and settlements for 90 days; after that they can request a copy at legal@juuh.com for as long as Juuh must keep them. Juuh does not share the Host's commercial data with third parties for those third parties' own purposes; if that changed, it would be communicated in advance with a route to object. Data is not withheld to prevent moving platforms.
6. Changes, suspension and termination
The Host may stop listing at any time and terminate in writing, honouring existing bookings or bearing their cancellation consequences. Juuh may suspend listings or the service on the grounds and with the safeguards in the general terms and in section 7.
Changes to these terms are notified on a durable medium at least 15 days in advance, and with a longer period where technical or commercial adaptations require it. That period is omitted only in the exceptions the regulation permits. Changes do not retrospectively alter bookings already confirmed. The Host may terminate before the changes take effect.
After termination, outstanding agreements and settlements are provided and only what is necessary is retained, under the Privacy Policy.
7. Additional terms for business Hosts
These apply where the Host acts as a business and Regulation (EU) 2019/1150 (P2B) applies.
Restriction, suspension and termination. Restricting or suspending a listing is explained before it takes effect or, where that is not possible, at the moment it does. Full termination of the service by Juuh is normally explained at least 30 days in advance; statutory exceptions are identified and justified. In both cases the Host may clarify the facts and correct errors.
Ranking. Search first applies the user's filters and then orders the results. The default order is by listing age, most recently published first; the user can change it to price ascending, price descending or distance. Rating, booking volume, commission paid and any commercial relationship play no part. Position cannot be influenced by direct or indirect remuneration, because no such possibility exists.
Own or affiliated offers. Juuh offers no vehicles of its own or of affiliated companies, so there is no differentiated treatment in favour of its own offers.
Ancillary goods and services. Juuh offers no ancillary goods or services — insurance, extras, assistance — on its own account or on behalf of third parties. Extras and coverage are offered by the Host or by the insurer identified in each booking.
Other sales channels. There is no restriction: the Host may offer the same vehicle on other channels and on other conditions, including more favourable ones.
Access to data. As set out in section 5.
Internal complaints. Free of charge, at legal@juuh.com, under the complaints procedure: acknowledgement within one business day and a reasoned response within 14 calendar days.
Mediators (P2B Article 12). Juuh is a small enterprise within the meaning of Article 12(3) of the Regulation — it employs fewer than 50 people and its annual turnover does not exceed €10 million — so it is not required to identify two mediators in these terms. That exemption does not remove the other P2B safeguards set out here, and Juuh does not refuse to engage in good faith in a mediation the Host initiates.
8. Governing law
Spanish law applies, respecting mandatory rules and the legally competent courts. The following form part of this agreement in the version in force at the time of each booking: the general terms, the payment and cancellation terms, the Privacy Policy, the Non-Discrimination Policy, the complaints procedure and, for vehicles that have one, the telematics notice.
