1. Service operator

The website https://juuh.com and the Juuh services are operated by Denys Romanov, a sole trader (autónomo), Spanish NIF/NIE Y9622163N, with a business and correspondence address at Calle Alqueria 1, 29680 Estepona, Málaga, Spain. Juuh is the trading name used for the service; it does not identify a company separate from the operator.

Denys Romanov acts as a sole trader. There is no company registered in the Commercial Registry behind the Juuh brand, so no company registration details are given. If the business is later transferred to a company, its identity and registration details will be published here and communicated to you before you contract with it.

2. Contact

Messages can be received 24 hours a day, every day (Europe/Madrid). Acknowledgement and response times are those set out in the complaints procedure. We do not currently offer a support telephone line; if one is introduced it will be published in this notice. User support does not replace 112 or the roadside assistance contracted for the vehicle.

3. Service and contracting

Juuh facilitates listings, search, bookings, verification, documentation, communications and collection and settlement management connected with contracts between Hosts and Renters. The lessor is identified before contracting. The general terms, the payment and cancellation terms and each booking agreement specify each party's obligations. Juuh remains responsible for its own services and commitments.

Mandatory prices and applicable taxes are displayed before confirmation. A deposit or card hold is disclosed separately. Documents are available in Spanish and English and can be downloaded in the language chosen for contracting. Discrepancies are resolved with regard to the information given to the user, statutory interpretation rules and mandatory rights; a translation cannot reduce those rights.

4. Website use and content

Unauthorised access to accounts or systems, unlawful content, impersonation, interference with the service and use of personal data obtained through Juuh for purposes unrelated to the booking are prohibited. Users retain rights in their content and grant the limited licence described in the general terms to display it and operate the service.

Brands, designs and original content belong to their respective owners. Viewing them does not grant a general commercial licence. Statutory intellectual property exceptions remain available. Links to third parties provide information; responsibility depends on Juuh's actual involvement and applicable law.

5. Privacy, cookies and complaints

Data processing is explained in the Privacy Policy. Device storage and access technologies are explained in the Cookie Policy and managed through "Cookie settings", which is permanently available on the site.

Complaints and notices of allegedly unlawful content may be sent to legal@juuh.com under Juuh's complaints procedure. The Non-Discrimination Policy sets out the applicable equality and accessibility rules. Spanish law governs this notice without excluding mandatory protection or the courts available to consumers.
